Barron & Polk, P.L.L.C., Becomes "of Counsel" to DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C.
For nearly the past five years, Barron & Polk, P.L.L.C., (“Barron & Polk”) has been a leader in Arizona in the areas of probate, trusts, estates, mental health law, and elder law. So we can better assist our clients in a broader range of practice areas, Barron & Polk has joined forces with DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C., (“DeConcini McDonald”), one of Arizona’s most prestigious law firms. Thus, we are proud to announce that effective January 1, 2006, Barron & Polk will become “of counsel” to DeConcini McDonald, which has offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Washington, D.C., and has a full service, multidisciplinary practice. As a result of the “of counsel” status with DeConcini McDonald, the firm of Barron & Polk will provide legal services exclusively to clients of DeConcini McDonald. This arrangement will allow Barron & Polk to concentrate its practice in areas contested and uncontested matters relating to guardianships, conservatorships, decedents' estates, trusts, eligibility for mental health care and treatment services and benefits, and eligibility for services and benefits provided by the Arizona Department of Developmental Disabilities ("DDD") and by the Mental Health Regional Behavioral Health Associations ("RHBAs"), as well as estate and mental health planning, while at the same time being able to provide clients with access to the invaluable resources available through DeConcini McDonald's attorneys and staff.
