Lisa J. Bowey is an attorney in the Phoenix office of DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C., representing clients in matters concerning Mental Health, Trusts, Guardianships, and Conservatorships. She received her A.A.S. in Legal Assisting from Phoenix College in 1985, her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 1997, and her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2001. Ms. Bowey is admitted to practice law in Arizona.
Before joining DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, PC, Ms. Bowey spent over seven years as the Director of Assessor Litigation with the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office as manager of the Litigation Division and member of the Assessor’s Leadership Team. Before her work with Maricopa County, she spent seven years in private practice with Helm & Kyle, Ltd (presently, Helm, Livesay, and Worthington), where she engaged in municipality defense – representing Arizona counties in property valuation and taxation litigation matters. In addition to Ms. Bowey’s leadership, management, and litigation background, she has represented private clients in matters relating to real estate, contracts, estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
