Firm Profile Barron & Polk,
P.L.L.C.’s primary areas of practice are probate, trust, estate, elder and
mental health law. More specifically, the Firm
represents clients in connection with various aspects of guardianships, conservatorships,
decedents’ estates, trusts, matters involving the abuse and/or exploitation of a
vulnerable or incapacitated adult, civil commitment proceedings, matters relating to
eligibility for mental health care and treatment services and benefits, matters relating
to eligibility for services and benefits provided by the Arizona Department of
Developmental Disabilities (“DDD”) and by Mental Health Regional Behavioral
Health Associations (“RHBA’s”). In each of these areas,
the Firm represents clients in both contested (i.e., litigation) and uncontested
proceedings. In addition, the Firm assists clients with estate planning
matters.
